Payment Options

You can pay securely online with a debit or credit card. We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron.

Alternatively, UK schools and companies can pay via an official purchase order. You will be asked to enter your purchase order number as part of the checkout process. Purchase orders can be faxed to us on 0800 756 6651 or posted to the address below. Please quote your order number on your purchase order.

PLEASE NOTE: If you post your order, delivery time may be up to 10 days. For a faster service, we advise you to phone or fax your order to us as well.

We accept payment by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'SchoolBadges.Net' and posted to the address below. Please write your order number on the reverse of your cheque.

UK schools and companies can telephone us with their purchase order details on 0800 756 6651.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased from SchoolBadges.Net, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for personalised items.

If you take delivery of a SchoolBadges.Net package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
